【Return Eligibility】
- All products are covered by a 7-day appreciation period (not a trial period)
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging
- For returns due to personal reasons (non-defective items), return shipping costs are paid by the customer
【No Exchange Service】
- We do not offer product exchanges
- If you wish to change an item, please return your order and place a new one
【Non-Returnable Items】
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, used, or damaged
- Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., taste, packaging)
- Return request submitted after the 7-day appreciation period
- Opened items from special categories such as refrigerated/frozen goods, refill packs, or product bundles
【How to Return】
We currently offer a convenient 7-ELEVEN in-store return service. Here's how it works:
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your product
You will receive a 7-ELEVEN ibon return code
Visit any 7-ELEVEN store and use the ibon machine to print your return label
Repackage the product securely (including the invoice and original packaging), attach the label, and hand it to the store clerk

【Refund Information】
Once your return is received and verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
The total processing time may take up to 15–20 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order included discounts or shopping credits, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
📌 We currently only support returns for entire orders.
If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return and place a new order.
