【Delivery Methods】

We currently offer the following delivery options. You may select your preferred method during checkout:
Convenience Store Pickup (7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart)
　・Online payment only
　・Cash on delivery not available
　・Pickup available after notification at the selected store
Home Delivery via Black Cat (Room Temperature)
　・Supports both cash on delivery and online payment
　・Delivered to your designated address
Black Cat Store-to-Store (Room Temperature)
　・Delivered to your selected 7-ELEVEN store
　・Convenient and quick pickup
※ The available delivery methods will be automatically displayed at checkout based on your order contents and product type.
※ Currently, only room temperature delivery is available. Refrigerated or frozen options are not supported.

【Shipping Fees】

  • Free shipping for orders over NT$1,200
    NT$130 shipping fee for orders below NT$1,200
    ※ Additional shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns. Please refer to our website for the latest updates.

【Shipping & Delivery Time】

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed
    Delivery Time: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch (excluding holidays)
    Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to check the delivery status at any time
    ※ Actual delivery times may vary based on logistics provider schedules, holidays, or force majeure events (e.g., weather conditions).

【Reminders】

  • For convenience store pickup, please collect your package within 7 days of arrival to avoid automatic return.

  • In case of incorrect address, failed delivery, or unavailability at the time of delivery, additional shipping costs or delays may occur. Please double-check your delivery information before placing an order.
